Approach the edge of the ledge and jump to grab the handhold on the pillar to the right. Traverse to the left around the corner and pull up on the narrow ledge to hug the wall.

Perform the Chimney Jump to reach and grab the handhold of the opposite pillar.

Shimmy left around the corner until you cannot go any farther.

If you press the down direction key and wait for a few seconds, the camera will shift back, showing a beam you can jump to.

Do that, walk to the other side and drop down.
