Locate the lowest container and climb on it.

Turn to face the way you came (where you started the level) and jump to grab the grey container which is on top of the blue one. Pull up and pick up the Health Potion.

Turn around and jump to grab the edge of the three stacked containers which are next to the one where you started the climbing.

Pull up and jump to the next two containers. Then jump to the upper deck.
