*(Plus 2 dogs if you miss the 1st Secret, 1 guard if you allow the guard in the timed door room to activate the alarm. We do not count the friendly prisoners.)
The PC players may want to save their game here in case they will not manage to get the next pick-ups. As soon as you exit the truck, climb onto the crates on the left hand side and drop into the hole behind the crates to get the Small Medi Pack. Climb back out and head to the other side of the storage room. An MP appears from the hallway on the left. Kill him quickly before he reaches the end of the hallway and activates the green lasers that prevent you from getting the next pick-ups (if you did not make it, load the game and try again. The PS players can restart the level). If everything went well before, enter the room on the left at the end of the hallway and pick up the MP5 gun and two sets of clips for it. The switch activates a red laser beam that blocks the entrance. You can jump over it, but since it is not necessary, do not use it (or use it again if you have already thrown it). Crawlspace with lasers - Exit and push the button in the hallway to open the door that leads to a crawlspace. Crawl through it and pick up the Large Medi Pack in the back right corner of the next room. Crawl into the next opening, but watch out of the horizontal moving lasers in the next hallway. Keep pressing the Duck button and crawl to the left when the lasers move to the right. Pick up another Large Medi Pack at the very end. You need to reach the other side of the hallway. When the lasers move to the other side, crouch and start crawling, getting past the opening from where you came on the right. Stop at the middle of the ramp and when the lasers move to the other side (behind you), stand and quickly climb onto the ledge (the bottom part seems like a ladder). Crawl through the opening and proceed slowly. A guard is patrolling in the next hallway. Wait until he passes to the right, crawl outside and kill him before he activates the two sets of red laser beams in the middle of the hallway. Use the switch on the left hand side to open the gates and release a prisoner. Do not kill him, as he is friendly. Go inside the room and pick up the Small Medi Pack behind the door. If the guard activated the lasers before, you can crawl beneath the first set. You cannot pass the second set, so crawl through the opening on the right hand side, between the two sets of lasers. Crawl through this opening even if you have not activated the lasers. Pick up the Flares and climb onto the ledge. Crawl through the next opening to reach a ramp above some green lasers. Do not pass through them because you will activate the gun turret above (the opening next to the lasers leads back to the hallway). Proceed to the glassed hallway and quickly kill the guard before he activates the alarm that closes the gate of the storage room. If you managed to do that, enter this room (that is located after the crate on the right side of the glassed hallway) and pick up the Harpoons, the Grenades and the Rocket. Exit and head to the end of the hallway. Save your game here because you may not be able to get the 1st Secret (if you are interested). Throw the switch to open the trapdoor beneath you. After sliding down, draw your weapons and immediately head around to the right to kill the guard before he activates the alarm. If he does that, two dogs will come and you will not be able to get the Secret. If you cannot see the dogs, it means that the guard has not activated the alarm and you have succeeded. Crawl through the opening on the left side of the alarm and get the Grenades (or the Grenade Launcher if you do not have it). Stand on the other side and climb out to reach the back-side of the structure. Go the far right and get the Shotgun Shells. Return back and drop into the pit. Throw the switch to open a door that reveals a crawlspace beneath the grating. Run around the grating to fall through the trapdoor and kill the guard that is lurking there. 1st Secret - If you killed the guard you met above and the dogs did not appear, a second door should be open now. Crawl through the opening and get the Crystal. Hallway with glass floor - Now crawl through the opening you revealed by using the last switch. The first alcove on the right hand side contains Desert Eagle Clips and the second one MP5 Clips. Get them and fall through the trapdoor at the far left. Kill the guard below and pick up the Small Medi Pack he drops. Follow the red-lighted part of the hallway (away from the glass floor) and use the switch to open the door and release one prisoner. Two guards get alerted, but let the fellow prisoner kill them. Go inside the room where the prisoner was and crawl through the opening to get a Large Medi Pack. Exit to the hallway and follow it to the other side, passing over the glass floor. There is a T-junction at the end and green lasers block both ways. Do not try to pass through them or you will activate the gun turrets above (one at each end). Instead, crawl through the opening on the left of the hallway, just before the T and follow the passage getting the Large Medi Pack and the Shotgun on your way. Go down the ramp (the other side leads to the blocked T) and kill the guard that is standing at the end of the hallway. Be careful not to kill the prisoner that pops up from the right. The prisoner can also help you kill the guard. Start shooting at the guard whilst hopping back, and as soon as the prisoner appears, leave him finish the guard off. The ramp on the left hand side leads back to the T-junction from the other side (there is a button at the end of the hallway, but there is no reason to use it now). Back track to the middle of the hallway and go through the opening. Both gates alongside open and the middle double door closes. Two guards exit, so kill them both. The guard on the right drops a Small Medi Pack. Again, the prisoner can be of much help here. He can deal with one guard whilst you deal with the other. Just be careful not to shoot him by mistake. Use the switch in the left hand room to raise the gate in the right one (if the guard activated the lasers in the right room, use the button at the end of the hallway). Crawl through the opening and having no other choice, pass through the green lasers that activate the alarm and alert a guard that is coming from above the ramp. Kill him and go up the ramp. Room with the huge yellow missile - On the bluish T, go up the ramp on the right to reach a room with a huge yellow missile. There is a guard that is standing on the opposite walkway, so take care of him. If you are low in health, do not exit to the walkway. Stand in front of the left hand wall just before the exit and side-jump to the left and right shooting at the guard and using the wall as a cover. Once you are done with him, safely drop onto the ground and climb up the ladder on the other side (ignore the opening at the bottom of the ladder). Dismount on the right and pick up the Code Clearance Disk from the dead guard. Now make your way back to the T the same way you came. (Note - From here you can choose an alternative path and take a MAJOR shortcut that will permit you end the level much faster. Note though that you will miss a few kills and some pick-ups, but no Secrets. If you are interested, we have created a separate page for you. Special thanks to Nicky!) Room with the hook and small missiles - Follow the other side of the T to reach a room with a hook and two small missiles. There are two-crossed green lasers on the ground that activate the gun turret on the ceiling, so climb down the ladder on the left. Turn so that the ladder is to the back of you and go to the far left dark corner to get a Small Medi Pack. Return to the ladder and jump over the lasers to reach the control panel on the other side. There is a computer on the right hand side where you can use the Card you got before and raise the two missiles. Do that and climb onto the platform where the swinging hook is. 2nd Secret - Having the swinging hook on your left, locate the breakable vent ahead. Jump up and shoot it. Climb onto the ledge and head to the left being careful of the opening in the floor at the end, as it is a long drop. Climb down the ladder and get the Crystal at the end of the hallway. Return back to the swinging hook. Carefully pass the hook and pick up the Shotgun Shells. Drop to the ground on the left and climb onto the conveyor belt. Take a running jump to grab the ladder above the slide and climb to the top. Dismount to the either left or right. Turn around and kill the guard that is lurking in the far right corner. Carefully jump over the openings pressing Action to avoid hitting on the lower parts of the ceiling and pick up the Hanger Access Key the guard dropped. You are done with this area and you need to make your way back to the room with the huge yellow missile. So, either safely drop onto the platform where the swinging hook is or climb down the ladder you came from. Then climb up the ladder opposite the control panel to return back to the T-junction. Back to the room with the huge yellow missile - Go up the ramp to reach once again the room with the huge yellow missile. Safely drop down and go through the opening on the other side. Ignore the hole in the floor and the ladder that leads down because you miss a pick-up. Continue ahead and go down the ramp to use the Key you got before and open the nearby door. Go through it and kill the guard on the left. Area with electrified track - Approach the pit and notice the track. It is electrified, so do not even think to jump on it. Drop down and head to the far left where you will see a ladder. Climb to the top and push the button on the far left. What happened and you did not see was that a car moved almost to the middle of the track. Climb down the ladder and crawl beneath the track. Go to the right until you see a ladder on the left hand wall. Climb to the opening above and pick up the Shotgun Shells at the end (or the Shotgun if you do not have it). Walk back to the edge of the opening and take a standing\ running jump onto the car. From there pull yourself into the passage above. Passage above the track - Continue ahead. You can freely walk over the first grating, but use the grates on the ceiling to get past the second grating, because it is a set of trapdoors that will throw you to the electrified track below. To get passed the moving lasers, monkey swing close to them and when they draw away, monkey swing further and drop onto the ground. Proceed ahead and drop down next to the ladder. Take a standing jump over the track to land on the opposite side. A guard is running to the left, going up the ramp. If you did not manage to kill him, approach the pit with the track and he will come. Take him out and drop down to get some Shotgun Shells. Climb back up and go up the long ramp. Kill the guard at the top. There are three green lasers in the hallway and if you pass through them, you will activate the two gun turrets. Jump over the lasers (or crawl beneath the third one). Follow the hallway to the end and climb up the crates. Drop down on the other side and kill the guard in the next room before he activates the alarm and call one more guard and set the gun turret on, because this will make the next part more difficult to complete. The timed door run - There are two catwalks (one on each side) and a button at the end of each. The right button (as you face them) opens the inner doors and raises the trapdoor between the two sets of doors. The left button opens the outer doors. Each button gives you a different number of seconds and since the right one gives you more, it means you need to use it first. For now, climb onto the catwalks and use the buttons in any order just to alert the two guards now and have a clear area later. Climb onto the right catwalk and push the button to open the outer doors and raise the trapdoor. Press the Look button to break the camera, side-jump to the right and roll. Run to the end of the catwalk and run off onto the central computer on the right. Lara may kneel but this will not make her lose precious seconds. Keep running and jump at the edge of the raised part of the computer to grab the other (left) catwalk. Go to the end and push the button. Again, press the Look button to break the camera, side-jump to the left and roll. Run to the end of the catwalk and run off onto the ground towards the open doors. Sprint through them to enter the next room. Hint - Do not sprint whilst being on the catwalks and especially when you try to turn because this may make you lose Lara's control and precious seconds. You have enough time to complete this part without losing health if you follow the above way. From the five switches, the second from the left and the two rightmost open the double doors that give you the access to the Saucer Room (it does not really matter if you use all the five switches). There is a guard behind the switches that you can avoid if you are quick, use the appropriate switches and go through the door on the left that opens as you approach. Drop into the room where you made the timed running and go through the opening from where you came. Climb onto the crates and drop down on the other side. Follow the hallway and enter the Saucer Room. [Note - If previously the guard had activated the lasers in the room, do this: from the opening, angle Lara to the left towards the computer in the middle of the room. Take a running jump and she will land on the lowest part of it. Immediately climb on the white (higher) part and jump to the other side of the room over the lasers. Dash out of the room. You have to be really quick so that the turrets will not take much of your health.] Saucer Room - Go to the far right corner and push the button to open the trapdoor above. Climb up the ladder and back flip onto the ledge. Turn around and pick up the Shotgun Shells. Having the ladder to the back of you, step on the slope to the left and take a running jump to the ledge above the saucer. Safely drop onto the saucer and pick up the Launch Code Pass. Slide down and exit the Saucer Room. Heading back to the room with the huge yellow missile - You need to make your way back to the huge yellow missile. So, as you exit, turn right in the hallway and once again, be careful of the green lasers. Jump over them (or crawl beneath the first one), go down the long ramp and approach the pit with the electrified track. Take a running jump to the opposite side and climb up the ladder. Dismount on the left. Walk beneath the moving lasers and walk to the edge of the ledge. When the lasers move to the other side (behind you), jump up to grab the grating, monkey swing and drop onto the solid ground. Continue ahead and drop down onto the car, then onto the ground to the right. Crawl beneath the track and climb out on the other side, where you killed the guard before. Go through the open door on the right and up the ramp. Back to the room with the huge yellow missile - This time safely drop through the hole you ignored before and throw the switch at the end of the hallway. Go through the opening on the right hand side and use the Pass you got from the top of the saucer to uncover the button. You may want to save your game before pushing this button. Push the button, press Look to break the camera, roll and run diagonally to the right, sprinting through the opening to avoid getting toasted by the flames. You just launched the missile and once the area is cleared, exit and enter the hallway on the left from where you came. Climb up the ladder and go to the left to return back to the room where the missile used to be. Climb up the ladder at the back right. Pass the first ledge and dismount on the second. Head to the end and take a running jump over the railing to land on the ledge with the Large Medi Pack. Get it and take a running jump back to the previous ledge. Climb up the next ladder and kill the guard that is lurking up there, being careful because he will try to push you off the ledge (you can also shoot the guard from the ledge where you got the Medi Pack). Throw the switch to open the doors and follow the passage. Crawl through the opening but watch out of the moving lasers. To get passed them follow them as the draw away, stand and jump over them as they are coming towards you. Quickly crouch at the end and crawl through the next opening. Pick up the Grenades from the other side and follow the hallway to the end. Outside area with watching tower - Climb onto the next ledge to exit and draw your MP5 gun. Lara will aim at the guard at the top of the tower. Kill him and also kill another guard that is running towards you. Exit and use the left side of the tower to climb to the top. Pick up the MP5 Clips the guard dropped and climb back down (do not try to jump onto the fence or you will get burned by the electricity). Go down the ramp to the other side of the area and kill the guard inside the small room. Pick up his Code Clearance Disk and throw the switch to open a trapdoor outside. Exit, drop through the trapdoor and follow the passage. To get passed the moving lasers, follow them as they draw away and half way down the ramp, crouch and start crawling. Once you turn around the corner, you can stand. Walk to the edge of the opening and take a standing jump to grab the ladder ahead. Climb to the bottom and go through the door. Back to the Saucer Room - Go up the ramp (the right side leads back to the electrified track) and once again carefully pass the three green lasers. Enter the Saucer Room and go to the other side behind the Saucer. Use the Pass to the computer to open three doors and a trapdoor: one door behind you, a second to the left and a third one that leads to the final Secret of the level. The trapdoor leads inside the Saucer where you can end the level. First go through the door behind you to enter the room with the alien. Get the Crystal and the Small Medi Pack from the back right corner. Exit and go through the door on the left where the orca tank is. Go around the tank and pick up the Flares and the Desert Eagle Clips at the end. Return back to the Saucer Room. 3rd Secret - Once again, climb up the ladder on the left and back-flip onto the ledge. Having the ladder to the back of you, step onto the slope ahead and use standing and running jumps to jump from slope to slope until you reach the last one (or step on the left slope and take a running jump to grab the slope above the ledge that you jumped before in order to get the Launch Code Pass from the Saucer). To reach the doorway, take a running jump pressing Action to land directly inside. (Note - When you enter, you can hear the chime signaling the Secret. This means that although you have not got the item, the Secret has been added to the summary. You can either proceed and pass the lasers in order to get the Secret or return back.) To get past the two moving lasers, walk to the edge of the ledge and notice their sequence. When the upper lasers draw away, jump over the lower ones that are coming towards you and run to the other side. Slide down to drop into the orca tank (do not be afraid of the two orcas). Get the Crystal and climb out of the water. To come back through the lasers, simply follow the lower ones and just before you reach the ledge, jump as you run to jump over the lasers and grab the edge of the ledge. Pull up and make sure you have at least 15% of health before dropping down. Remember to add Roll as you land, so that Lara will lose less health. It does not matter much, as you are about to end the level, but you will meet a few more enemies near the end, and you may want to be stronger. Now go beneath the Saucer and climb through the trapdoor. Go around either side and climb through the next opening. Kill the guard on the left and go up the ramp. Climb through the next opening and head to the middle of the creepy room. There are two more guards here that you can avoid if you quickly jump onto the central platform and pick up the Element 115, which triggers the end of the level. (Note - In some versions of the game this will be the Ora Dagger. You get the Element 115 at the end of the South Pacific levels.)
