All Items (it also gives ammo and Medipacks): Position Lara due north. The red needle of the compass should face N and the compass must be transparent*. Enter your inventory and circle to the Small Medipack. Do not select it, just highlight it. Press and hold the keys G U N S. It is not case sensitive and you can either press them all together or one at a time until you have all the keys pressed. Then exit your inventory.

* Facing due North: Approach a block where Lara can climb on. Turn to face the general direction of North and climb on the block. That way, Lara will face exactly North. Enter your inventory and check the Compass. The red needle should point North. Bear in mind that the needle does not stay still (it moves slightly to the left and right). In case the needle does not appear transparent, do not worry; the cheat will still work.
